TOUR OF MOUNT BLANC
Thursday 14th June - Saturday 23rd June 2012
Thursday 21st June - Saturday 30th June 2012

The Tour of Mount Blanc is a physically challenging but truly wonderful trek that takes in views of Mt Blanc from 3 countries. We start near Chamonix in France and move round to the Italian side of Monte Bianco and onto the serene village of Champex Lac in Switzerland before crossing back over to Le tour and down to Chamonix. It is a stunning trek with superb views of Mountt Blanc and its glaciers. We pass over several cols with the highest being Grande Col Ferret at 2500m and whilst tough, there should be no altitude issues.

We use a selection of strategically placed refuges, hotels, and gites where the ambience is in keeping with the spirit of the trek. You will need to carry a reasonable pack containing sufficient for the week – clothes, waterproofs etc generally between 8-12kgs (travelling light is the key).

Airport transfers, All accommodation & travel costs, All food* *Except lunch in Chamonix on Friday.) Fully guided by experienced International Mountain Leaders.
